AquaDeck 2230 Series Square Front (1-1/2″) Solid Surface Lavatory Deck

The Willoughby WAD-2230 AquaDeck Square Front (1-1/2”) Lavatory Deck is a single- or multi-user solid surface fixture for vandal-resistant commercial use. Willoughby AquaDeck lavatory decks are constructed of AquaSurf® cast polymer, antimicrobial resin—a stain-, impact-, and burn-resistant solid surface material. The WAD-2230 deck can be ordered with up to four separate, integral wash stations, featuring a 1-1/2” square-eased front edge and straight sides. Standard WAD-2230 fixtures come with oval lavatory bowls and integral overflows, with the deck designed to be supported by an in-wall carrier system (in-wall carrier, anchoring hardware, and adequate backing by others). Heavy gauge, Type 304 stainless steel mounting brackets are an available manufacturer option. The WAD-2230 square front lavatory deck can be supplied with optional features, including: faucet hole drilling, mounting brackets, modular drain shrouds, etc. (installed by others). All connections between the outside plumbing and the WAD-2230 lavatory deck are made underneath, and the fixture meets all applicable ADA, ANSI, and CBC accessibility guidelines when mounted at the correct applicable deck rim height above the finished floor.

The Willoughby WAD-2235 AquaDeck Square Front (3”) Lavatory Deck is a single- or multi-user solid surface fixture for vandal-resistant commercial use. Willoughby AquaDeck lavatory decks are constructed of AquaSurf® cast polymer, antimicrobial resin—a stain-, impact-, and burn-resistant solid surface material. Also available is the W-SS-TR Waste Receptacle Design Option, which adds two stainless steel waste cans and 15” side-deck extensions with cutouts, for an integrated alternative to traditional standalone waste receptacles. The Willoughby CWLD Straight Front Stainless Steel Lavatory Deck is a single- or multi-user fixture for vandal-resistant commercial use. Fixtures are all-welded, fabricated from 14 gauge, Type 304 stainless steel polished to a #4 satin finish. Standard CWLD fixtures come with circular or oval lavatory bowls w/ OV overflows, elbow wastes w/ 1-1/2” O.D. connections, trap enclosure, with anchoring through the included Z-clip and mounting holes (anchoring hardware and adequate backing by others). The CWLD lavatory deck can be supplied with a variety of optional features including: faucet hole punching, valves, controls, plumbing, etc. (installed by others). All connections between the outside plumbing and the fixture are made underneath the vandal-resistant, stainless steel fixture, within the standard trap enclosure/pipe shroud.
