The Willoughby DB Series Dialysis Supply and Waste Box is a recessed, stainless steel utility fixture for use in healthcare environments requiring vandal-resistant access to dialysis equipment plumbing.
DB Series dialysis boxes are fabricated from Type 316 stainless steel, polished to a #4 satin finish. Standard dialysis boxes will include NSF-61 PVC, 1/2” nominal drain valves; 2-3/8” O.D. drain; 1/2” M.P.T. inlets, and 3/4” M.P.T. outlets. DB Series fixtures are available in One- or Two-Valve; with or without locking door; with optional stainless steel valves and fittings.
All plumbing connections are made behind or within the recessed wall box, with anchoring points for the wall box and the flush-mounted flange located inside the box perimeter (anchoring hardware by others).
