AquaSurf® Solid Surface
Willoughby utilizes AquaSurf® solid surface—a molded, cast polymer densified material composed of polyester/acrylic resin, UV stabilizer, aluminum trihydrate, mineral fillers, proprietary colorant, and antimicrobial additive. This non-porous surface is resistant to stains, burns, and impact.
Fixture Paneling
StarBoard® Solid Polymer
StarBoard® is a marine-grade, high-density polyethylene sheet used for Willoughby patient care units and bariatric sinks. This solid, non-porous surface does not rot, swell, or delaminate when exposed to humidity or water.

Thermofoil Simulated Wood
If a woodgrain design is preferred, Willoughby offers Thermofoil Simulated Wood—a high-performance laminated material with sealed, non-exposed seams. This non-porous surface is not only aesthetically pleasing but extremely durable and easy-to-clean.
Powder Coating
The stainless steel plumbing fixtures manufactured by Willoughby can be powder coated for additional protection and more normalized aesthetics. Our standard powder coat colors are below, but custom colors are also available.
Stainless Steel
Willoughby designs and manufactures all our sprayheads, spouts, and showerheads—and the majority of our fixtures—from high-quality stainless steel. Our in-house machining centers allow us to utilize the more durable stainless steel for all necessary product components.
