The Willoughby RTH line of Recessed Toilet Tissue Holders (models: RTH1, RTH2) are die-formed 14 gauge, Type 304 stainless steel accessories, designed to accommodate a standard roll of toilet tissue.
When the RTH tissue holder is stocked with a standard-size toilet tissue roll, it becomes nearly impossible to conceal any contraband behind the roll without the roll protruding out for the correctional officers to see. All mounting hardware or stainless steel security screws are typically provided with the tissue holder, with any needed wall anchors supplied by others.
