Within each edition, Correctional News features a Facility of the Month that spotlights a new or refurbished correctional facility. The March/April 2023 edition featured the Ingham County Justice Complex in Mason, Michigan—a facility Willoughby Industries knows well.
This 180,000-square-foot Justice Complex houses the County Jail, County Sheriff’s Office, and 55th District Court at one site. In particular, the 99,000-square-foot, 416-bed jail includes 55 high-observation specialty and mental health beds, as well as a notable medical/mental health clinic. Within these spaces, all of the plumbing fixtures and state-of-the-art electronic water management systems were manufactured and supplied by Willoughby.
