The new Saginaw County Sheriff’s Office & Detention Center in Eastern Michigan comprises nearly 100,000 square feet, stands three stories tall, and boasts 511 beds. It was designed after a thorough review determined the previous facility—which was suffering from water penetration and safety issues—was beyond repair. To help meet the detention equipment budget without sacrificing security or quality, the new facility features stainless steel plumbing fixtures by Willoughby Industries.
